Seven years ago I helped build the algorithms at another firm. I was one of the educators too — the public face explaining how the system worked.

But teaching wasn't my thing. I'm a builder. The problem wasn't the strategies. The problem was the model around them.

Clients paid $200 a month to be connected to the traders — win or lose. Same fee in a winning month. Same fee in a losing one. The trader got paid either way. The client carried all the risk.

I couldn't keep standing behind it. So I left, kept building on my own terms, and spent the years since refining the system around one rule: the trader only eats when the client eats.
